  3. OK, I had no problem downloading - of course I'm in the USA...
    Thanks for this one! I remember distinctly, passing on this one when it came out as an LP. I never heard of Alan Price and "a bunch of old people talking" was my impression of the film from the album cover/poster.
    But this is really a beautiful score.

  5. Well, I was in my early 20s when the film and album first turned up... I was a good deal more interested in the latest Goldsmith score. That was a period of massive action scores for him and that's what interested me most.
    I only saw the film a decade or more later and it didn't make much impression.
    I suppose it may be true what they say: "Getting old is mandatory but growing up is not."
